On Sept. 22, 1999, Heibei Zhongxing Automobile Co., Ltd, started in due form, held by China Brilliance Group and Tianye Group. On Mar. 25, 2000, 500 vehicles of Zhongxing pickup truck were exported to Iraq from Tianjin Port, which is the first batch export of Zhongxing joint venture.In May, 2000, Zhongxing Auto send technicians to Iraq, which is the first maintenance service station set up abroad.On December 30, 2000, a ship loaded pickup trucks made by Zhongxing Auto departed from Tianjin XinGang Port, transporting to Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. So far 1126 Zhongxing vehicles had been exported to abroad in 2000. The export quantum of Zhongxing pickup trucks account for 10% of total domestic automobile export amount in that year, which made Zhongxing truck show its first brand status of Chinese pickup in international market. To the end December 2000, the output and sales volume of Zhongxing Auto increased by 127% compared with the same period of last year. Zhongxing Auto became the fastest-rising enterprise in domestic same trade.On July 15 2001, Zhongxing automobiles were selected by Hebei government as the preferred gift to support the development of western regions. In 2001,on the condition that same trade's low growth of the whole country or the negative growth, Zhongxing Auto still made the good result that the volume of production and marketing increased 59% compared with the same period of last year.November 10 2001, Niu Maosheng, stadholder of Hebei, visited Zhongxing Auto. He proposed a plan of developing estate car by Zhongxing Auto, which would become the new point of improving tourism industry in Hebei province.In March 2002, 20 Zhongxing automobiles were presented to Hebei University as gift of Hebei provincial government, used as the training vehicle. In May 2002, Zhongxing Goldlion passed through the test of national security collision.In June 2002, Zhongxing Auto participated the 7th Beijing International Automobile Exhibitions, on which Zhongxing Auto introduced two new vehicles---- Zhongxing Admiral, Zhongxing Seal SUV.On July 12 2002, Zhongxing Auto hold News Conference in Shangri-la Hotel briefing that Zhongxing Seal SUV put on market formally in Beijing. More than 80 reporters and honored guests attended the conference.From August 15 to September 10 of 2002, Zhongxing Auto and Tieling first International Folk Art Festival of China obtained the name right of Football Stars Match on the opening ceremony. Zhongxing Auto selected 20 automobiles as art festival festival special-purpose transport vehicles.
On September 11 2002, Zhongxing Automobile passed smoothly through the check organized by the Public Transportation Admin Bureau. And the automobile become the learner-driven and test vehicle in Hebei.
On September 12 2002, Zhongxing Auto volume of production and marketing of automobile exceed the level of last year.In November 2002, quality management system of Zhongxing Auto obtained the double authentication certificates from CAQC and RAB.On January 7 2003, 2003 Zhongxing Automobile Commercial Conference was held in Landmark Towers in Beijing. Many elder persons, such as Mr. Zhang Xingye, Chen Guangzu, Teng Bole attended the pickup truck and SUV seminar¡± held by Zhongxing Auto and China Automobile Newspaper together. Finally, Xiao Wei, president of Zhongxing Auto, announced that the year of 2003 will be the up-market project annual of Zhongxing Auto.
