Production technology



Zhongxing Auto has press, weld, paint and assembly four major craft and an intact automobile mould. The whole work from raw materials to the finished product is finished in a union factory building.
The whole set of production line adopts the automatic continuous productive process; the production line is 7 -km-long.


PRESSING WORKSHOP

Pressing workshop is responsible for pressing the automobile sub-piece and component, 9334 sq. m. of construction area. There are 15 large-scale presses in all, 14 of which is import from U.S.A. VERSON Company and USL Company. Above-mentioned equipments make up three large-scale pressing lines; the heaviest pressing machine pressure is 1600 tons. There are a pipelining made by USA NIAGARA Company and a light press line made up of from 25 to 160-ton punches, which can make rolls of material from open, level, press and cut, to stow complete at once. In addition by a whole set of Toyota covering component mould made in Taiwan, pressing workshop can produce about 60,000 sets of press pieces per year.

Weld workshop, bear the welding task of the automobile body, the construction area is 15015 square meters. It is made up of three main lines, including leading weld, automobile bodies adjust, and adjust and check line, and seven sub-install lines.

There are 140 sets of equipment in weld workshop. Leading weld lines have realized electric automation control, adopting to-and-fro transportation. It is 78 meters long,belonging to the domestic first-class level. The two main machine of floor line were introduced from FAGOR of Spain, which can weld vertically and horizontally, having domestic advanced levels. Assist line was introduced the PLC autocontrol technique from OMEON company. For improve automatic degree, workshop production line adopts the pneumatic jig.

PAINT WORKSHOP

Paint workshop, responsible for paint of automobile body, 13927 square meters of construction area, it is composed of four produce lines----former line, mid paint line, face lacquer line, and spray-painting line.

The key equipment of the former produce line introduces internationally famous company products. For example, phosphide dregs-borer introduced from SANKYO of Japanese, by which dregs is incessantly and circularly removed.

For strengthen anticorrosive ability and adhesive force of paint of automobile body, the technique of electrophoresis priming paint is adopted, which reach international most advanced level. It can make paint able to bear salt fog up to more than 720 hours, rustless in 8 years in other words.

The refrigeration machine used for adjusting the temperature is introduced from TATUNG Company; diesel used for drying is introduced from MAXON of U.S.A. UF-RO counter-infiltration device is the initial adoption of our country in the same trade, which is introduced from USA OSMONICS. Mixing paint system adopts the product from BINKS Company of British, on which an automobile can be painted by four kinds of color at the same time.

There is a central control room in paint workshop, which can collect the dynamic data, and manage, control, and write down them. It benefits to grasp the change of parameter in time, and adjust the equipment in the best operating state

ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP

Assembly workshop, responsible for whole equipment and finished product production of chassis of automobile, the construction area is 14680 square meters. It is made up by three production lines----interior decorations line, chassis line, and finished product line----and one quality testing line. Interior decorations line was introduced from Webber Company of American; control system was introduced from KOYO Company of Japan with transducer produced by FUJI Company. Chassis line and finished line can find out about working state of production line and output of accumulative total.
